[Clug-l] Excel

Hi list,
 
I am generating output with 150 different matrix nodes.
 
I then manually cut&paste the matrix node values into specific locations
in an Excel spreadsheet.
 
I have to do this many times, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to
script this?
 
I need to make this more automatic and if anyone has any code
suggestions I would appreciate it.
