[Clug-l] Scoring from a Clem 11 binary logistic model node

I'm creating a major donor model and have a binomial logistic model node
here that I'm trying to figure out how to use in scoring my database.  Just
for background, my model is based on a selection of ~640 major donors and
~640 randomly-selected non-major donors from a file of ~120K cash or credit
givers to my organization over the past 10 years.  If there's a way to do
this other than hand-coding coefficients back to my SPSS source file, I'd be
grateful to hear about it.
